The Erin & Tara website is owned and operated by Erin & Tara (ABN 44 217 033 750).
By accessing the website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Erin & Tara.
Ordering Goods
You must be over 18 years of age to purchase goods from our website. You may make purchases via our Website by selecting and placing your order in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and as directed on our Website. Any order placed by you in the manner described in our Website is an offer by you to purchase a particular product or service for the price specified on our Website at the time you place your order. 
You acknowledge that, by placing your order, you are agreeing to pay and accept delivery of the goods or services ordered. Any order placed by you is subject to your compliance with any specific limitations shown on our Website. You warrant that all details you provide to us when placing an order are current, correct and complete, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that your nominated credit or debit card will cover the full cost of the purchase.
We reserve the right to reject your order for products or services purchased through the Website for any reason, including but not limited to if the products or services are not available, if there is an error in the description or price of the requested products or services as advertised on the Website or if there is an error in your order.

All prices are inclusive of GST. Prices displayed on the Website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice.
We use the Stripe secure payment services, and can accept payment via Stripe using VISA, Mastercard or Debit Card. If you would like to make a payment via Direct Debit, please contact us for details. Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received. (Insert Zip Money info upon approval).
Refunds & Returns
We offer custom designed products that are hand-crafted in Italy, therefore we do not offer refunds or returns on any products. We ask that you check the final draft of the design carefully as this is final.
Faulty Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange for an item with a major problem. A major problem is when the item:
– had a problem that prevents the item from operating in the way it was intended upon first
– is unsafe
– is significantly different from the sample or description doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed
Erin & Tara albums are hand produced in Italy using the highest quality materials. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please contact our Client Relations Team at hello@erinandtara.com.au.
Our Products are intended to be used strictly in accordance with our care instructions as set out on our website and sent with the Product itself. It is your responsibility to ensure that you use the Product strictly in accordance with those instructions. Importantly, those instructions and information state that our products are printed on (Insert paper stock) and therefore any exposure to moisture or liquids will cause ink to run. Furthermore, ink scuff marks after opening comprise normal wear and tear.
As our Albums are hand-made products, there may be some very slight variations in the final colour, design and size of each individual piece. There will be no refund or return accepted for items that vary slightly from the description or image of the product on our website.
Shipping (within Australia)
All orders are shipped with DHL. Once your order has been shipped to the nominated address given at checkout, we will provide you with a tracking number via email to track it’s whereabouts. By entering the shipping address upon purchase, you agree that the information is correct. Erin & Tara will not be held liable for misplaced products due to incorrect shipping information provided.
Shipping Internationally
International orders are shipped via DHL. (Process TBC) Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. Erin & Tara are unable to advise how much these duties will cost, please ensure you aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase.
Should you wish to cancel your order please contact our Client Relations team at hello@erinandtara.com.au. A cancellation fee may apply. We do not allow cancellations to be made once an order has been sent to print.
Album & Magazine Image Usage
Erin & Tara provide this print and design service on the condition that these are being printed for personal use only. By placing an order through our site as a retail customer, you are explicitly confirming the status as the copyright owner of the images you are providing for print. It is up to you to ensure that you own the copyright to the images you provide to us for printing as we will not be held liable for failure to read our Terms of Use. Should your photographer retain copyright to the images that you are supplying for print, it is your responsibility to warrant to the photographer that the Product created by Erin & Tara will be for a private/ personal use only and ensure that you communicate this to us.
Erin & Tara Commercial Use & Copyright
We love creating beautiful images for our clients and our responsibility in the ownership of these images is to protect our clients and their guests privacy as well as our intellectual property.
We also love that you’re fans of our work and if you wish to use our images to promote your business, brand or product you will need to purchase an image licence.
* The following information applies to vendors/suppliers, journalists, blogs, editors and magazines.
If image use is for the benefit of your business, ie  Will the images be used on your website or social media? Will they be used in a studio booklet? Maybe you would like an image for a full page ad in a national magazine? Whatever the case may be, if it’s for business and not private use, then the intended use is commercial.
Except as permitted by the copyright law applicable to you, you may not reproduce or communicate any image, including downloadable files, without written permission of the copyright owner and or the purchase of a commercial license prior to image use.
